The MMD approach is that everyone that comes to see us for an Ohio Medical Marijuana Card is unique, and that no two people need the exact same thing. We make it easy throughout the entire process, and offer both in-office and telemed options.

How Much Does it Cost to Get Your Ohio Medical Marijuana Card?

Cost for the Ohio Medical Marijuana Doctors program:

New Appointment: $200

Renewal Appointment: $150

Veteran Discount: $25 off either appointment

Annual fee paid to the State:

$50/yr (patient)

$25/yr (caregiver)

*Cash, Credit/Debit, some HSA accepted

Is Medical Marijuana a Good Option for Me?

How Does Medical Marijuana Appointment Work?

Come in a few minutes early and fill out paperwork and get settled. For telemed appointments, we’ll send you paperwork ahead of time. You can fill it out and email it back to us before your appointment.
Appointments last 15-25 minutes.
You’ll know before you leave if you qualify, and will usually get access to activate the card within 24 hours.
